As of SEPT 15, 2024 - New Rose Plus cases are eligible for 100% Relapse coverage for 84 days after ending treatment and 50% relapse coverage from 85 days to 180 days

NOTE: FOR RELAPSE COVERAGE, You must be enrolled in Oasis case management software from the beginning of treatment and keep it up to date to be eligible. Please contact us if you are not signed into Oasis or prefer to use a google form.

Relapse Meds coverages mean this:

  • If your cat is treated using Rose Plus (vials and/or capsules) for at least 10 of the 12 weeks and needs to extend treatment beyond the initial 84 days, the meds for the extension will be 50% off the retail price.

  • If your cat experiences a relapse during the 12 weeks of observation, the meds to re-treat will be 50% off relapse price.

Requirements for meds coverage:

  1. Cat must not have certain underlying conditions such as FIV or FeLV

  2. Use Rose Plus exclusively for at least 10 of the 12 weeks of treatment at admin-recommended dose for cat’s weight and symptoms

  3. Alert your admin of any changes to cat’s condition and keep a weekly weight/dose log

  4. Increase dose with all weight gain and NEVER lower dose even if there is weight loss

  5. CBC and chem panel blood tests are required at weeks 4, 8 and 11

  6. PRIOR TO STOPPING TREATMENT: Admins must review week 11 test results as well as clinical status of patient and APPROVE cat for observation

  1. A clear photo of cat’s eyes showing both pupils in the same image

  2. A video of your cat walking and jumping

  3. Blood work test results - CBC and chem panel
